I have been running since 4th grade almost 15 years ago! I have seen the best and the worst of coaching and trying to coach myself! I have learned so much through my running that will help you succeed. Along with running experience and working in running specialty for over 5 years. I graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Nutrition and Foods and can help you fine tune your nutrition to improve your running!

TIER I: one customized plan that is specific to you and your running goals. One time rate of $125
TIER II: Weekly training plans given via online calendar. 3x a month contact via email text or phone call.
$100 billed monthly.
TIER III: monthly nutrition consult to enhance your performance. Plans sent out weekly. Unlimited contact via email, text or phone call and in person.
$125 billed monthly. $100/monthly if paid up front.
