getting going is the worse. i am planning on running 2,015 miles in 2015! approximately 5.5 miles a day, 38.5 miles a week, 171 miles in January, 326 miles in February, 497 miles in March, 663 miles in April, 834 miles in May, 1000 miles in June, 1171 miles in July, 1342 in August, 1508 miles in September, 1679 in October, 1845 in November and then 2015 miles in December!! This is will hopefully lead up to my 2nd marathon in Philadelphia, and hopefully a BQ time! (3:35) I will be doing The Broad Street Run for the very first time in my favorite city ever in May! I will start a Intermediate Hal Higdon 15k Plan in February which will hopefully lead me to a sub 77 minute for the 10 mile Broad Street Run (7:42 pace). After the Broad Street I will start a 30 week plan  from Hal Higdon for the marathon!! 

I have decided to give up straight dairy, no cream cheese, milk, yogurt, or cheese(some of my favorite foods!). I will eat some foods with dairy in them but I am becoming more aware of how much dairy and sugar consumption I am taking it, and I feel a lot better without so much dairy! 

now I gotta start off my year with a 5.5 mile run!
